Frequently Asked Questions #1
What type of toner do you provide?
INLAND Toner provides toner cartridges for color and monochrome laser printers. We also supply toner for copiers, MICR, fax, and multi-function printers as well. A toner cartridge, also called laser toner, is the consumable component of a laser printer.
Frequently Asked Questions #2
Why use INLAND Toner vs. an original retail cartridge or compatible remanufactured with other companies?
Efficiency is what we are known for. Using products from INLAND Toner can save you $500-$1000 per year on printing costs. In addition, all of our cartridges are remanufactured in a facility that is ISO 9000 certified and STMC compliant. See the Certifications tab for more information.
We are also an Eco-friendly company, meaning that we have business practices in place that reduce our carbon footprint and help create a cleaner Earth to live in. Help us maintain the Earth's health by recycling your toner!
Frequently Asked Questions #3
Does Inland Toner use original cores from manufacturers such as HP, Brother, Canon, etc?
Yes, we use the same cartridge that you would get when purchasing retail – the only difference is that our toner is remanufactured here in the U.S. and the price you pay is lower than the retail product. See the Manufacturers tab for more information.
Frequently Asked Questions #4
Is my cartridge guaranteed to work?
Yes. Our 100% quality guarantee is backed by ISO 9000 and STMC certification. If you encounter an issue with our toner, please contact us. Before returning a cartridge, please check your printer’s components; as in most cases the failure is with the printer and not the toner cartridge.
Frequently Asked Questions #5
Will using your cartridge void the warranty on my printer?
No. The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Improvement Act ensures that you are free to use any brand of toner/ink for printing purposes.
Frequently Asked Questions #6
What if I don’t see my toner listed on your website, does that mean you don’t carry it?
Because we carry a large selection of toner, everything may not be listed on our website; especially newer models. So if you don’t see your toner listed, please email us at email@example.com and we will double check for you.
